A few weeks ago I spent some time at a lovely campsite overlooking the sea and the weather was lovely (I mention this because its quite unusual for us in England to have lovely weather!)  I spent some considerable time just sitting staringat the waves crashing on the rocks or sometimes just quietly lapping on the shore.

The thing I realised was that the tide will come in and go out everyday, whatever is in it’s way, whatever the weather, whatever else is happening in the world.  It is unstoppable!!  Exactly the quality that you need to build a Network Marketing business!  The sea doesn’t care how many barriers you put in front of it.  It doesn’t care if we build sea walls and sea defences; it will still come in everyday!  And this is what you need to do to build an amazing Network Marketing business.

So be unstoppable in your business.  Ignore the people who tell you it can’t be done (even if it is your family and friends!); you know it CAN be done!  Go around all the obstacles that you will find on your way, or if that doesn’t work, go over them!  And when you are having a bad day, simply give yourself an hour or two off and go out and have fun.  Treat yourself. Take the dog for a walk, get some fresh air; go somewhere you have never been before.  Then get back on the horse (!) and ride away to success.  Don’t allow anyone or anything to stand in the way of your success.

Because just like the sea, you can be unstoppable. You need to be focused, determined and consistent.  Make a detailed plan of what you want to achieve each day and follow it as closely as you can.  Realise that a Home Business takes consistent action for maybe a year or even two before you will see results.  Of course, your life will get in the way; that’s a given!  Just don’t let it get you down.  Understand that stuff happens.  Just totally focus on what you want to achieve and get your head down and keep working.

Keep your dreams alive and right there in front of you, and you will be unstoppable!

Yes MLM does work.  No,  the statistics do not show that to be the case.  Yes 97% of Network Marketers do fail.  Yes I do sound crazy!  Yes I have heard all the hype about the top 3% getting all the money.  Yes that is true!  But do you understand why that is?   

1  The top 3% have DECIDED that they want more from life.  They have decided to work for it, so they have taken on a thick skin to ignore the naysayers.  They have decided to persist until they succeed.  They have decided to rise above the taunts of the 97% who say it cannot be done and prove that indeed it can be done.

2  They have realised that in order to get into the 3% ‘who get all the money in MLM’ they will give up the ‘goggle box’ in the corner, or at least watch less and devote this time to building their business.  They have realised that however much they love flying model airplanes or playing golf, they can restrict how much of this they do in a week in order to provide themselves and their family with a better life.

3  They have discovered that they can find the correct mindset, and can encourage themselves to keep only positive thoughts in their heads.  They have decided to let go of all their negative thoughts and to take responsibility for their lives, their decisions and for their future.

4  They have learned to dream big.  Life teaches us to slowly give up on our dreams one by one, and live a life of mediocrity.  Those in the 3% are ignoring these rules and refuse to be bound by them.  They have discovered that whatever they can dream about, they can achieve, if they allow themselves to.

5  They have realised that in order to grow and achieve their dreams, they need to change.  They have embraced this change!  Everyday they are studying, reading, watching powerful information videos, that are slowly changing the way they think.  They are growing everyday, reaching their true potential.

6  They are setting goals.  Long term goals, monthly, weekly and daily goals.  Goals for their personal life, the work life, their social life.  And they are working daily on fulfilling these goals.  Goals which are very specific, are written down, have time limits and which are measurable.  And when they reach these goals, they are setting more.

So where do you stand.  Would you rather watch Coronation Street?  If so fine, enjoy. But if you feel that there could be more to life; more time, more money, more freedom, then don’t you owe it to yourself to discover whether you have what it takes to be one of the 3% who work hard on themselves and on their dreams to succeed in life.

If you are not prepared to grow and change, then please do not bother with MLM.  Too many people join a Network Marketing business without realising it could change their life.  And when things get a little scary they back down and run for the comfort of their home.  Thats fine, everyone is different.  So, do you have what it takes?? Or will you just sit back in your armchair and believe the hype??

The one thing that did come out of those 3 years was that he had got into Personal Development in a big way.  He had read books, attended seminars and followed and socialised with successful leaders in the MLM industry.  He had changed his mindset and was now attracting leaders and mentors to him.  These people showed him the missing links to take his business to a whole new level.  And that is exactly what he did!!

He became the 5th top earner in his MLM business, generating hundreds of leads everyday.  People were attracted to him and joined his business without him having to persuade them to.

He then created, with his friends Norbert Orlewicz and Todd Schlomer, the #1 Attraction Marketing System on the internet.  Brian Fanale had arrived!! His Marketing System has developed many leaders in the industry over the last year and a half and is still growing everyday.  He is living his life without limits, in the way that Network Marketers who REALLY work on their Personal Development and on their business can!

So you have joined an MLM, or been in one for awhile.  Are you achieving your goals?  Have you even set any?  Are you still getting ready to get ready?  If you are not getting where you want to be, have you checked out your MINDSET?  This is something you really need to get right if you want to go all the way to the top in your MLM home business.  Because your mindset will affect every part of your business; it will lead you to your goals or away from them.

Have A Clear Mindset

If you have a clear mindset, you will know exactly what you are doing everyday.  You will have defined goals and a plan of action for each day, with a goal visualised at the end of say, 90 days.  If however you are going on Facebook with the intention of doing some business, and ending up chatting and messing about, you obviously do not have the right mindset.  You need to be focused on the money-making exercises everyday, following a plan and using the hours you have available fully.  The internet is full of interesting things to do and see and you can quickly lose all sense of time.

Shun Procrastination

You need to let go of procrastination, plan out your day and follow your timetable.  Do not let others stop you; become unstoppable.  To succeed in MLM you need to be a bit like a rhino, charging onwards.  You need to be disciplined.  Do not strive for perfection, just try to get the job done as well as you can.  Everyone has good and bad days, just forgive yourself and move on. Dont obssess about it; tomorrow is another day.  When you have finished your timetabled work, enjoy some relaxation, without thinking or worrying about your work.  Enjoy being in the moment!

Make The Decision

It all begins with a decision. You need to decide to have a positive mental attitude. Enjoy your work, be optimistic and happy and you will attract like-minded people.  Be negative and you again will attract like-minded people.  And avoid those who will try to steal your dreams. Not everyone dreams as big as we do!  They will try to bring you to their level because you make them feel out of their comfort zone!  You are pushing the boundaries.  Have an unshakeable mindset; just laugh it off.  Dont let them bring you down.

Set Up Your Game-Plan

So set up your gameplan – give yourself realistic simple goals which are big enough to stretch you, but not so hard you cannot possibly achieve them.  Make these goals into daily habits, and become productive.  Keep order in your life; have a great mindset and a great routine.  If you do not seem to have enough spare time, or you have a job as well, get creative.  If you normally watch TV for 4 hours everynight (and lots of people watch more!) decide to only watch one hour, and use the other 3 for your business.  If you go to the gym, work out and chat to your mates and this all takes 2 hours, go for a run from home instead and use up only half an hour.  We all have 24 hours in a day, use it wisely.  And soar!
